Patina Finish
Media blasting uses an abrasive media to remove any dirt, paint or other substance from the substrate in order to promote a clean surface ideal for proper adhesion.
Powder Coating is a dry finishing process which uses an electrostatic charge to fuse dry powder to the metal substrate. Once coated with the proper amount of powder, the substrate is baked at a high temperature in a curing oven. This creates a more durable finish compared to traditional paint.
Patina finish is a wet chemical application that speeds up the oxidation of metal to create a worn or rustic finish. Oxidation happens naturally to metal products and patination just simply speeds up that process to create a very unique look to your project.
